561. Michael N Kann

Michael N. Kann WELLSVILLE Michael N. Kann, 37, died Monday, October 2, 2006, at Harrisburg Hospital. He was the husband of Korena K. (Tyson) Kann. He was born December 13, 1968, in York, to David D. and Judith A. (Gladfelter) Kann, Sr., of Spring Grove. Mr. Kann was a 1987 graduate of Dover High School and later a 1992 graduate of York College, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. While at York College, Mr. Kann, played baseball for four years. He was the VP of Corporate Services for Commerce Bank. Mr. Kann was a member of the Church of the Brethren in East Berlin, and the White Rose Masonic Lodge #706, F&A.M. In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a daughter, Katie E. Kann at home; a brother, David D. Kann, Jr., of Dover; and a sister, Elizabeth A. Zumbrum of Spring Grove. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. from Bermudian Church of the Brethren, 279 Bermudian Church Road, East Berlin, with his pastor, Pastor Larry M. Dentler officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. A viewing will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church and on Friday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Feiser funeral Home Inc., East Berlin, is in charge. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Obituary:
Dover - Melissa M. Kann, 51, entered into rest at 9:05 a.m. on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at York Hospital. Born May 17, 1967 in York, she was a daughter of Darlene M. (Staub) Kann of Dover and the late Donald E. Kann. Melissa was a 1986 graduate of Dover Area High School and earned an associate's degree from YTI. She was employed by Daifuku in Michigan where she was an engineer. In addition to her mother, Melissa is survived by a son, William Kann of Dover; a sister, Catherine G. Ingham of Montana; and a brother, Donald Kann of Alaska. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Aimee S. Hoover. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a service to celebrate Melissa's life at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Dover U.C.C., 45 W. Canal St., Dover. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Salem Union Cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Eva O'Diam, pastor of Dover U.C.C. Emig Funeral Home, Dover, is serving her family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 28 West 44th St., Suite 609, New York, NY 10036; or a charity of your choice .
